The route between the factory and the brand. Finally built.

VexRoute exists for one reason: the people who know whether a product is vulnerable and the people who must report it are on opposite sides of the world, with no reliable line between them. The CRA made that gap a legal problem.
The VexRoute mark: a V drawn as a route between three nodes

Mission

Make every vulnerability answer travel once, from the factory that knows it to every brand that needs it, fast enough to meet the law and recorded well enough to prove it.

Why VexRoute started

VexRoute was founded by Menachem. It started from a simple observation about how Europe's connected electronics are made: a brand in Europe, a factory in Guangdong, and a firmware codebase shared across dozens of products and customers.

That model works well for building products. It works badly for answering a security question in a hurry. When the CRA set a 24-hour clock on reporting exploited vulnerabilities, it was clear that neither more spreadsheets nor more consultants would close the gap on their own. What was missing was a channel, built for both ends: bilingual on the factory side, report-ready on the brand side, and leaving a trail as it goes.

That's the product. The name says what it does: VEX answers, routed.

What we believe

Factories are partners, not suspects
Most ODMs want to answer well. They need a way to do it once, in their own language, without drowning in duplicate requests.
Consultants are the experts
CRA advice belongs with the people trained to give it. We build the pipe underneath their work, not a replacement for it.
Evidence beats assurance
A timestamped record of who said what, and when, is worth more than any compliance badge.
Narrow on purpose
We do one job, the factory channel and the evidence trail, and we do it properly.

How customers get started

Onboarding is guided by our team, for EU brands, ODMs and CRA consultants alike.
  1. Step 1: Intro call

Twenty minutes to understand your products, suppliers and where CRA work sits today.
  2. Step 2: Map your range

Your SKUs, the firmware families they run and the factories behind them.
  3. Step 3: Connect your factories

We bring your ODMs into their bilingual workspace and run a first question end to end.
  4. Step 4: Go live

Incident mode and the year-round evidence trail run across your catalogue.
