What it does
A roll the officer marks
People do not sign themselves in. The health and safety officer records who is on site, and who has left.
Two covers that have to be met
A health and safety officer, and someone flagged as a first aider. A gap stays visible until the roll says otherwise.
One signed check per site, per day
PPE, identity, and the first-aid kit. A failed row keeps a note and can open an issue.
Supporting evidence, not a certificate
The record is the sheet the site already uses. VexRoute does not certify the site, and it does not replace the officer's judgement.
