One batch. One record.
Each production run gets an ID that does not change, the mix revision that was approved, and the materials that actually went in.

What it does
A batch ID that stays put
The ID is the handle for inspections, samples, and nonconformances. Later edits do not rename the run.
The mix revision that applied
Target quantities come from the approved mix. The record shows which revision the plant used.
Target against actual
Cement, aggregate, and water are entered against the target. A deviation needs an authorisation, not a quiet overwrite.
Tied to product and machine
The batch knows the product, the machine, and the shift. Retrieval starts from any of those.
Open a batch the way the plant already does.
We will use your product and mix sheet, not a generic concrete example.
