For precast and ready-mix plants.
Brick, block, and paving lines run the same desk as a contractor's site — just with batches, machines, and a laboratory added. Start-up checks, first-off and in-process inspections, mix records, and lab results all stay on the batch an assessor will ask for.

What it does
Start-up before the first unit
Machine, mould, and measuring-equipment checks are signed before production when you configure them that way.
First-off and in-process dimensions
Checks run against your product specification revision. A failure asks for a photo and can open an issue.
The mix that was used
Target and actual materials stay on the batch ID an assessor will name.
The laboratory, on the same chain
Sample IDs, method revisions, and results stay on the batch they were taken from. A failed result can open an issue.
Product-certification evidence
Export the records a CMA, SABS, or equivalent product-certification visit usually asks for. The export is supporting evidence, not the mark.
Bring a batch sheet you already use.
We map that form on brick, block, or paving — whichever line you run. We do not replace it with a generic checklist.
