Every check. Every shift.
The sheet stays the one your quality manager approved. VexRoute records the answer, asks for a photo when a check fails, and keeps the sign-off with the shift.

What it does
Pass, fail, or not applicable
Each line is the check you already run. Limits sit on the template revision, not in someone’s head.
A photo when it fails
A failed check asks for evidence on the spot. The picture stays attached to that submission.
Sign-off before production
Start-up can require a supervisor approval. The name and the time stay on the record.
A failure opens a nonconformance
When the template says so, a failed answer opens an NCR. The note does not live in a margin.
Walk a first-off on your own limits.
Bring one blank sheet. We will show the same checks on the desk, including what happens when a dimension fails.
