Built for the laboratory.
Sample IDs, the method revision, and the result stay on the batch they were taken from. A failed result can open a nonconformance.

What it does
A sample ID you can trace
The sample points at the batch, the product, and the time it was taken.
The method revision on the result
Results keep the method that applied. A later method change does not rewrite the old test.
Linked to production
Strength and other lab results sit with the mix and the inspections for that run.
A failed result has a place to go
When the outcome is a reject, the nonconformance is opened against the batch, not filed beside it.
See a sample land on the batch.
We will follow one sample ID from the floor into the result and, if it fails, into the hold.
